Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aloyog. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aloyog is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Aloyog is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items for claim purposes.

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. Aloyog is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
