Order Processing

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aloyog is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Aloyog is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items for claim purposes.
